“CP” is celebrating his 10th year in the Golf Vacation business this year. Originally from Austin, TX, Chris has lived in the Scottsdale area since 1999, and has witnessed his own handicap go from 12 to 20 since the birth of his daughter Abigail in 2003.

Although a self proclaimed hack, CP has been “totally lucky” enough to score 2 Holes in One - the first in Sebring Florida in 1993, and the 2nd in Galena, Illinios in 1996. A die hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan, CP has been tough to live with since their dramatic Superbowl win last year.

Glen's expertise lies in:
· Orlando, FL

He has played competitive golf over the years and at one time had a 1 Handicap. That’s not the case now – working too hard at Golf Zoo and loving it. How great is it to be a passionate golfer and talk about it every day! Glen has a 16 year old son that has just started his 11th grade year of high school. He really needs numerous groups to book golf over the next few years – College Tuition. If you want an honest opinion of golf in Glen’s area – he won’t pull any punches – you will always know what you’re getting.

Ed Holofcener

President
Baltimore, MD
West Palm Beach, FL

Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, Ed grew up as a skier and a tennis player. Married for over 25 years, with 2 kids (1 in college, 1 in law school). He and his wife, Janine, have been “empty-nester’s” since 2007. Starting in 2009, they will now elude the cold weather by living in West Palm Beach, FL for ½ the year. It wasn’t until the late 90’s that he was bitten by the golf bug. His biggest thrill in the sport came in 2006 when he finally got that ever elusive Hole-In-One (see happy, smiling face in picture). He started Golf Zoo with his brother, Rick, in 2001. They also own Tours de Sport, a ski travel company, founded in 1982. Ed has been in the travel industry for over 20 years.

  Jean Kmiec
Jean

Financial Manager
Baltimore Office
A Maryland native, Jean tried the fine sport of golf, enrolling in lessons with 2 different pros. But when neither would let her off the driving range, she knew it was time to pack in the clubs and call it quits. The best part - shopping for all those new outfits! Started with Golf Zoo in 2001 as the Financial and Personnel Manager and she has stayed safely behind her desk ever since.

  Chad Orton
Chad Orton

eMarketing Manager
Baltimore Office
Chad has lived in Upstate NY for most of his life, but after graduating from SUNY Oswego with a degree in Marketing, he moved to the Baltimore area. Interest in both marketing & computers brought him to the Golf Zoo team in 2004 as the eMarketing Manager. With a Handicap thats too high to even say, he understands he will be a far better golfer while playing "Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10" than he will ever be in the foreseeable future in real life. He enjoys spending time with his wife & 2 daughters when away from work.

  Nate Hunter
Nate Hunter

A Baltimore native and Towson University graduate; Nate started at Golf Zoo as a lowly intern in 2005. His impressive work and design/business background subsequently led to a cushy full-time position. When not meeting impossible deadlines at work, Nate likes to spend his time enjoying good food, art, music, women, women, nature and preferably… more women. Hallelujah.

Born and raised outside of Washington, DC. In 1999 she graduated from Shepherd University with a degree in Business. She moved to Baltimore in 2003 to marry her high school sweetheart and join the Golf Zoo team. After hearing about golf while growing up she finally tried it out a few years ago and had a score of 59 on her first time out on a course (ok it was on a 9 hole par 3). Not planning on joining the LPGA anytime soon, she does enjoy traveling to golf destinations and enjoying the scenic courses from the spa windows.

  Marty Jones
Marty Jones

Operations Assistant
Baltimore Office
Marty started with Tours de Sport in July 2007. She had a bruising one-time-only ski experience and didn’t much like the facial icicles. Her only knowledge of golf was learning to use the ball cleaner, being a caddy once or twice and volunteering at fundraisers driving the snack and beverage cart.
She has been providing customer service to a wide variety of clientele in the tourism industry for many years; The National Aquarium, The Baltimore Opera and Norwegian Cruise Lines to name a few.
Marty is the “Go To” person our Winter Weekend Getaway VIP’s want to speak with when planning a successful trip for their guests.

Snowy started with Golf Zoo in 2005 and has learned a lot in the time she has been here. She takes great pride in working here and is very eager to come to work each day. She has kept the office a “cat-free” environment during her tenure here. She has lived in the Baltimore area her whole life and is very familiar with the lay of the land. She does not golf but has been known to chase the occasional stuffed animal.
